All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping method available in your region.

Standard Shipping 3-7 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)

Shipping cost is automatically calculated by weight, size and qty of the products you want to buy.

Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

It’s OK to change your mind

It’s OK to change your mind. If you’re not totally satisfied with your ERGOLIV purchase you can return it within 30 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. Return costs will be paid by the customer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.
